Privacy notice

Maxime Frechard, publisher of Fleeex, is the controller of the personal data used by this pre-launch site. Once Fleeex Technologies is registered, the company becomes the controller and this notice is updated. You can contact us at maxime@fleeex.dev.

Data we process

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page source, the consent notice version and the submission time. That is all. We do not store your network address, and we build no device or browser fingerprint.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the email address to send one message when Fleeex opens. The legal basis is your consent.

Recipients and hosting

Access is limited to people operating Fleeex and the processors needed to run the site: Vercel for hosting and Neon for the waitlist database. Our host processes network addresses in its own security and rate limiting logs to keep the site available. We do not use those logs to identify visitors. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Waitlist records are deleted within 30 days after the launch email is sent, or earlier if you withdraw consent.

International transfers

Our processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards made available by those processors.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site trackers. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookie is set. If that changes, this notice and the consent mechanism must change before the tracker is enabled.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to maxime@fleeex.dev. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In France, that authority is the CNIL.
